2016年11月27日、早朝ミーティングの後、60cm×60cmの野菜包み布製作練習と簡単なワンピースの型取りを、馬渕㈱の講師に教えて頂きました。
Nov. 27: After an early morning meeting, an instructor from Mabuchi Co., Ltd. gave us lesson in making 60m x 60m wrapping cloth for vegetable and easy paper-pattern making for one-piece dresses.
2016年11月18日、19日、札幌の藍染工房「藍染坐忘」に仙台の被災女性の雇用創出プロジェクトのサリーハウスのメンバーと藍染の勉強と体験をしに伺いました。丸2日間びっしり丁寧に教えて頂き、素晴らしいおもてなしをして頂きました。折居社長はじめ社員の皆様、特に直接教えて頂きました熊谷様、大橋様に心より感謝申し上げます。
Nov. 18 and 19: We had a study session at「AIZOME ZABO」, a indigo-dying craft shop in Sapporo, with the members of Sally House in our job creation project for victim women in Sendai, and had a precious experience for two days, during which they offered us careful and detailed instruction. We are very grateful to the president, Mr. Orii, and his staff, as well as the instructors, Mr. Kumagai and Ms. Ohashi, for their warm hospitality.

August 9: The members of Sally House had the 6th session of English writing study with Ms. Kimberly of Sendai Meisen Gakuen Highschool. They wrote English thanks letters and included them in the packages of the skirts for the Catholic sisters.
2016年8月4日、カソリック教会のシスター方のスカートを製作していましたが、無事完成致しました。この次はワンピース型の法衣を作製致します。

2016年7月17日、カソリック教会のシスター方のスカートの型紙の作り方と縫製を馬渕株式会社の講師から講習を受けました。市川さんのご主人が縫製台を作って下さいましたので、作業がやりやすくなりました。

2016年7月9日、仙台の旅館天龍閣にサリーハウスのメンバーに来て頂き、カソリック教会のシスターのスカートや法衣の作製について打合せを致しました。そして熊本の子ども達への支援の為の子ども用シーツと枕カバー270セットを受け取りました。京都から松波龍源・さゆりご夫妻に参加して頂きました。
July 9: We had the members of Sally House come to Tenryukaku Inn in Sendai and had a discussion on the sewing of Catholic sisters ' skirts and robes. Also received from them 270 sets of children's sheets and pillow cases for the child victims of Kumamoto earthquakes. Mr. and Mrs. Ryugen Matsunami joined us from Kyoto.

June 10: The instructor sent by Mabuchi Co., Ltd. visited Sally House in Wakabayashi-ku, Sendai City, and checked the sewing of Children’s sheets and pillow cases to be presented to the children of the devastated area in Kumamoto Prefecture.

2016年3月30日、仙台の被災女性雇用創出とコミュニティの醸成プロジェクトで、サリーハウスの皆様が一生懸命縫った子ども用シーツと枕カバーを社会福祉法人仙台キリスト教育児院と宮城県済生会乳児院にそれぞれイタリア大使館とスペイン大使館の名前で寄贈して頂きました。名誉会長である昭恵夫人とスペイン大使館、リヤドロジャパン株式会社様に御同行頂きました。
March 30: The children’s sheets and pillow cases made by a studious effort of the members of Sally House, as a part of the Job Creation and Community Re-creation Project for the Women Victims in Sendai, were donated to Sendai Christion Child-care Home, a social welfare corporation, and Miyagi Prefecture Saisei-kai Infant Home in the name of the Embassies of Italy and Spain respectively. Madam Akie Abe, our honorary president, the members of Embassy of Spain and Lladro Japan Co. Ltd accompanied to the sites.

3月11日、仙台長町にある古民家レストランびすたーりで『311つなげよう希望の光 星空プロジェクト』を開催しました。稲吉紘実著「絵のない絵本-この星が絵でうめつくされたら」の朗読（及川徳子）とピアノ演奏（前川珠子）があります。被災女性の皆様が作ってくださったローソクに火を灯し、20時46分に部屋のあかりを一斉に消して、「311星空プロジェクト」（http://311hoshizora.jp/）に参加している世界中のいろいろな場所でローソクに火を灯している方々と希望の光をつなげました。リトアニア大使夫人が参加して下さいました。
March 11: The 4th annual assembly of “Let’s join the lights of hope: 311 Starry Sky Project” was held at “Vistari“, an old private residence converted into a restaurant, in Sendai-Nagamachi. The recitation of Hiromi Inayoshi’s book, “Picture Book without Pictures: If this planet is filled with pictures”, by Ms Tokuko Oikawa and the piano performance by Ms Tamako Maekawa were held. At 20:46, all the lights were down in the room, and only the candles made by the women victims were lit so that they could join the lights of hope with the candles lit in the various places in the world by the participants of 311 Starry Sky Project (http://311hoshizora.jp/). Had the honor of presence of the ambassadress of Lithuania.

2016年1月8日、ポーランド共和国大使館大使閣下とリトアニア共和国大使夫人にプレゼントをお渡し致しました。
Jan. 8: Visited the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Republic of Poland and the Ambassadress of Lithuania in Japan, at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Japan and the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Japan to hand over a gift of drawstring bag from Sally House.
